*
YOU CAN:
Say: “Find us on Facebook to discover more about…”, “Company X on Facebook”, “Check out the Company X Page on Facebook”, “Find us on Facebook”
Show: Unaltered screenshots or this badge
*
YOU CAN NOT:
Say: Any slang or advertising jargon outside of the above quoted text. Also, never hyperlink the word ‘Facebook’
Show: Any images outside of the above badge or screenshot
*
YOU MUST:
Say: ‘Registered Trademark’ or ® next to any mention of Facebook
*
YOU MAY:
Need to approach their legal team anyway

Understand why they would want to protect their brand… But again facebook lawyers make another blunder. Nice find nath.

Can understand the protection too. I bet in 99% of cases they would be happy for people to go out and splash around the connection to Facebook – they just have to be very careful for the 1%. Still, you think they could be less rigid when it comes to wording etc.
